All drivers support the following OS

To install, open Device Manager Universal Serial Bus controllers right-click USB Root Hub (USB 3.0) Uninstall Device reboot PC. To re-install a specific device, navigate to the above but select Properties Driver Update Driver to install from your PC.

  • Check Device Manager to see if the Apple Mobile Device USB driver is installed. Follow these steps to open Device Manager: Press the Windows and R key on your keyboard to open the Run command. In the Run window, enter devmgmt.msc, then click OK. Device Manager should open. Locate and expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers section.

Main Drivers

WBF (Windows Biometric Framework) drivers are the main drivers for most applications that use SecuGen fingerprint readers and devices containing SecuGen fingerprint USB sensors.

This installs WBF drivers for the following devices:

  • ID-USB SC (XSDU03PSC, XSDU03MSC)
  • ID-USB SC/PIV (XSDU04PSC, XFDU04SC)
  • OptiMouse Plus (MSDU03P, MSDU03M, MFDU03FR/FRS)
  • USB Sensors (FDU03FR/FRS, FDU04, SDU03M, SDU03P, SDU04P, U10, U20, U20-A, U20-AP, U20-ASF-U)
