The photo viewer is not reading the photos on my Lexar Media CompactFlash card. What should I do? My storage viewer displays in Japanese or another foreign language. How do I reset the language to English? If I can no longer access images stored on my photo viewer because of a hard drive failure, can Epson help me recover my files? Select the “Drivers & Downloads” tab; Select the “Software” tab; Find the “EOS Utility” and click the “SELECT” button; File description will open and click “I have read and Agree to terms” message once you agree the download button will turn red and you will be able to click and download the utility. Restore Windows Photo Viewer to Windows 10 is a handy piece of software that enables you to switch between the two Windows image viewers or use it for viewing certain types of pictures.
